Why are schools even using this ??
bruh this is sooo bad each and every time when i open this app its always like update and its very frustrating when you want something asap and it take almost an hour to open and when i select my class update it takes almost 15-20 minutes like …..???? Bruh their every update say it will fix bugs like man where in which world

Too slow in updating any status
Payment status does not reflect, leaving an impression that fee is not paid. The app often does not load. Sometimes notification is seen but when we go in the app we do not see that message. School should buy better app.

I would like to share a sincere concern as a parent.
Since the school is located in Maharashtra, where Marathi is the Rajbhasha, I was expecting some form of celebration or acknowledgement of Marathi Bhasha Gaurav Din on 27th February. It is an important day to honor our state language and cultural heritage.
While the school does a commendable job in many academic and extracurricular activities, recognizing such culturally significant days helps students stay connected to local traditions and values.
I hope the school management will consider celebrating Marathi Bhasha Gaurav Din in the future and encourage students to appreciate the rich heritage of Marathi language and literature.

Notifications became a problem and other minor issues.
This Parent Portal app doesn’t provide notifications of any homeworks goven by the school. Due to this, we are not knowing whether they gave the hw or not. The other problem is that it takes an eternity to load. MCB should work on it as soon as possible.
Worst app for school
This is the most useless app for school. This app will take hours to load and it won’t even show me all the assignments mam has given. It will take HOURS TO LOAD THE HOMEWORK OF A SINGLE DAY. I use this on a iPad 8 gen (most recent iPad os )and it still won’t work, even on my iPhone 17 pro. This is quite literally the worst and I mean the WORST app for school. It requires major major and I mean GIGANTIC updates to make it better. I wish my school would change to another app.

Very very slow
One page takes forever to load and that is testing my patience.
Please fix app crashes
The application crashes very frequently and the recovery is very slow. Multiple times in a day I open the app and it just doesn’t load for me. Having so many parents on the portal, it is your responsibility that the experience is good. We are bound to use this as it is a mandate from school, please fix bugs and work on application slowness.

Always goes up while searching
Threw and broke my phone out of frustation why does it always goes up while scrollong for searching a lesson scrolled almost 10 times again and again and when ever we open a file share it again it goes up again have to scroll 10 times from top to bottom to go there very irritating and frustating it took me almost 2hrs to search 4 lessons notes and worksheetwill recommend in this pti meeting at school to opt for some other app or get their own app developed not a big deal in a lakh or 2 they are creating an app these days very bad very frustating for a school like indus universal school it is peanuts

I am using this app on our schools request and I think I have seen less reviews but this is working well for me !!

App is very slow, difficulty in switching between siblings and the notifications don’t open properly.
Delay in Notifications.
Horrible app. Imagine teachers using apps that have a lagging record to pass messages to parents. Most of the time messages arrive after the deadline passes away. I was just going through messages and half of the messages show unread by me… (they weren’t delivered on time at all. Almost 20 plus messages

It lags a lot, needs to update almost every month or two, after updating it lags more tha usual and it is very ANNOYING But, it is a good app also coz its good for receiving home-works or class-works that happened in school (especially for those kids who were absent) ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Needs massive improvement
While overall structure is a good foundation, the various components are not connected well. It is very difficult to navigate and a lot of drop downs are not functional. There is no history to check whether action taken is done or not. Half of the time the webpage doesn’t open and shows password wrong when it is already opened with the same password in the app!!! The list is long this space too small

Not working in ITab
Hi Team, App is not working in ITab since one month. Please fix the issue as many students usually depends on Tabs instead of mobile phones. Its very inconvenience with current issue. Tried all troubleshooting like reinstall etc. But it remains stuck on the home page and unable to find 9dot app launcher button in ITab.
