Has potential - but not useful in its current state

Firstly the design of this app isn’t great, it doesn’t seem to have been created by someone that uses iOS devices.

My main issue is that you’re unable to download any mail inside the app. Sure you can view messages, but without being able to download a copy of letters I’ve been sent, it’s pretty useless.

I hope it gets a refresh soon.
