Can’t create an account
Can’t create an account even with a valid Colorado ID, keeps on saying can’t connect to DMV.
Renew DL
It was very easy to renew my DL 🙏🏽
You have to sign in with emailed code every time.
This app is unreliable. First off you have to sign in with a 2FA code every time. So if Im in the mountains without cell service, cant use it. It takes forever to wait for the code even when it does work. Last week I opened it when I got to a club to make sure I was signed in, less than two minutes later I got to the door and it had signed me out already.

Not updating my id
I got a new ID almost a month ago and it won’t update and staff isn’t helping, they are just claiming it already went through
ID without the moving water mark
The app is amazing and convenient! The only thing I suggest is an ID front option without the moving watermark so that individuals can submit ID for documents, taxes, work, and etc.

App Issue
For the last several months I log in and a screen shows up that only allows you to select the updated privacy policy and T&C. I cannot actually show anyone my ID! Why is this happening? Is there a bug? So frustrating! I loved it before! Now it’s literally unusable.
