Perfect except for loading speed because of my service provider
Everything’s perfect and amazing application. I really wish they would load some information in sewing case of snow service. I can still utilize the service.

Always logging out
Every time I go to use this app, it has logged me out. I have face ID enabled, but then it asks for a password to enable face ID. There is ZERO reason for an app to log out that is on a phone that already has multiple layers of security, ESPECIALLY with face ID enabled. Good idea for an app but terrible execution.

Confused
It’s not clear or easy to understand you need a MYDMV account….basically to set up an account. How are we supposed to know the DL is all that is needed, when I’d expect a separate pass card to the park .

The App is very good but would be even better if it allowed the integration of more Colorado licenses, including professional licenses

Not a smooth way to produce ID
Sometimes you might need to show ID while checking out at a grocery store and you go to open the app and it goes through multi level verification. When all I want to do is take out my drivers license.

Requires a password
It took me 30 minutes to sign in because the app won’t accept facial recognition. I had to enter my password, got locked out, and had to wait to try again. If my phone is unlocked, just let me open the app!

Digital Drivers License
This is the way! I do not like old school wallets.
App isn’t working
I’ve been trying to get my Colorado DL digital ID through myColorado app. After all feeding the information to create an account an error is popping by saying that “myColorado is not able to communicate with DMV systems right now. Please try again later”. It’s been 7 months that I’m facing this issue.

Why have something that doesn’t work
After trying multiple times to upload my drivers license, I’m done. This is poor technology that shouldn’t error out constantly and keep you trying over and over again.

Digital ID not renewed despite payment
This app is useless. It claims the digital ID will be renewed immediately, but I completed the form and paid for the renewed ID and it is still saying expired and now I’m supposed to go to the DMV office. Useless.
