I drive an hour to have any medical stuff done. This hospital hands down knows what they are doing. I love everything about them from the employees, the patient portal, to the fast testing results, billing and payment arrangement, and how they call me ahead of time on what my cost is going to be and setting arrangements up that are reasonable. They are AMAZING!!! I wish Common Spirt would buy out the SWMC hospital in Liberal Ks because they are horrible and won’t have anything done there. Common Spirit (St Catherine’s) in Garden City Ks … YOU ROCK!!!

An exceptional place
I really enjoy going to the doctor here. I love the fact that I feel overall that the doctors genuinely care they always treat me good they never make me feel but it’s me or that I’m not right or whatever every time I come in to be seen for something.. I appreciate their time and effort! Overall, this facility is a 10 to me in my eyes. Everyone is always so wonderful to me so thank you.

The worst hospital care I have ever received!’
This is the worst hospital I’ve ever been to there was no Care. The nurse was very rude and condescending. She lied to me three times. She did not ever give me a call button. I am elderly and disabled, and there was no reason For her rudeness! The doctor was stonefaced and gave no information. He was an absolute pathetic version of an MD.

OR experience at Mt. Point
The whole team was wonderful but my nurse, Taylor, was just amazing!! She really took great care of me and her compassionate and attentive care was deeply appreciated!
My only strong recommendation is to have gluten free crackers for those of us with allergies. My mom had to go get some for me because the super sugary pudding and rice crispy treats were not sitting in my stomach well and all the sugar was the last thing I needed after surgery. I really hope they carry sugar free, gluten free crackers.

Visit was beyond good and thorough. Listened to my health issues and concerns with no judgment. Most definitely recommend them to whoever is in need of healthcare.
Repeat Info Demanded
I saw this clinic last week and for a follow-up tomorrow I'm required to re-input all my insurance info not once but TWICE! I gave it to you last week, I gave it to you a month ago. I gave it to you 6 weeks ago. How many times do I need to submit the same dang info??? This is beyond frustrating. It's a total waste of my time. My info hasn't changed in 6 years and I've been to this clinic dozens of times. Figure it out!
The other thing is ALL my communication from the Common Spirit app “originates” from a clinic I've never been to (2 zoom visits last year) but Common Spirit app can't seem to send notifications from the ACTUAL clinic that is sending communications. Such ridiculous nonsense!

Apple health record error
Please fix the Apple record health error when connecting Centura to Apple Health to sync records. It shows as the request being invalid. This is important to have.

Happy Patient
This doctor’s office is completely professional and always on top of everything. They stay on schedule for appointments, answer all of our questions, and always reply when I write questions on the app. My client is so blessed to have such great doctors and staff working with him for all his health care needs.

My visit to CommonSpirt Primary Care located in Golden was most enjoyable today. Dr Mahoney is very complete and gives me the most complete exam. I appreciate his time and the questions he presents to me are very insightful. I highly recommend this doctor and this location to anyone looking for a reliable professional.

Billing portion says I owe money but not enough detail on corresponding visit so I cannot tell what,specifically, I am being charged for.
Best doctors ever
Tham has been so good to me to the point I’m sad if I ever change insurance because I love her. She sees me and my kids. She’s very personable and gentles. She’s a sweetheart you’ll love her.
Reorder
I find reorder med section very confusing. Not user friendly.
Ortho surgery
I am an employee at St Francis and went to the new ortho hospital and I was in and out in 4 hours. Their new tracking system was great to keep my family informed of where I was at during my surgery! All the nurses and doctors were friendly. The anesthesiologist gave me a nerve block in the pacu the kept my pain minimal during the first couple of days! Super impressed
