Atrocious app
Every time I try to log in and get the password in, it says its invalid every time
Unable to book services
It often takes 10+ times to try to book a service before it finally works. I select an available time then it says slot not available- try another time. I go back and do this over and over again and often just can’t schedule it. Other times it randomly accepts a time it denied 5 times before. Happens on other member’s phones so it’s not just me. Can’t unregister from a class. Staff is well aware of these issues.

Not Good
The app is abysmal. The app crashes and lowercases my last name which for me is disrespectful. I don’t think the app developers are even bothering to update this cold mess regularly. Whoever is running this- you’re not good at your job.

Awful App
I moved from LifeTime Fitness to VillaSports and I was expecting the same organization and ease to use the app. It’s very convoluted, makes it difficult to see what group classes you’ve registered for, provides no reminders which would be useful because there is no consistency in the times the classes are given.
Please improve the app especially since we use it for everything.
