Doesn’t work half the time
At 1st this app was great! I like being able 2 pause my kids devices remotely. But that only works half the time. I get error codes when trying to modify devices & what device belongs to what person. & it won’t allow me to pause internet on a single device if it’s assigned to a person without pausing ALL their devices. So I tried to remove that one device from that person. & I keep getting an error code, saying return home something isn’t working. So, just overall the newest update SUX!!

Good Internet/Bad App
The internet itself works fabulously. Bill Pay is difficult to find on web and nonexistent on app. You would think they would make paying your bill as simple as possible so they can get their money.

I love their internet service but this app NEVER works.
I can’t check my notifications, anytime I select a different tab it says “there was a delay, try again” each tab does the same thing. Please fix this so I can access my devices, services, and network settings!

This app is absolutely garbage. It NEVER WORKS. Also if you are paying for parental controls you are throwing away money they do not work! More than once my special needs children have been able to access pornography (they don’t understand not to click, click ) even though I have set up tons of restrictions! Another example: I restricted access to YouTube and they can play YouTube it never blocks anything! The only thing this app is consistent at is crashing and loading to tell me it can not connect. Time restrictions?!? Yeah that is a joke they are there but it’s just for your viewing pleasure they don’t actually work at all. Don’t even try tech support they are absolutely clueless and try to make it out like you are not naming your profile the correct name. Even after explaining I got nowhere. Now I am having to delete the app and add it back for like the 20th time so my internet will come back on because the app has crashed again!

The app barely works loads and tells you you can’t connect to the app to make sure your updated to the newest version which I am. You have to keep closing it out and opening it and when it does work it’s so slow and there just isn’t a lot of information to view on the profiles you set just wish it was more versatile on that section maybe a little more informative to.

New fiber
I think I like this service but I’m still not sure. I’ve had this fiber internet for right at 2months but I’m not impressed at the amount of outages I’ve been experiencing and when it goes off it stays off for like 12 to 24 hours at a time. What are the people supposed do if they are running an online business that requires continuous internet access. I’m debating on whether to keep this service or cancel it. The Wi-Fi goes off for no apparent reason and there is never any explanation as to why. Just saying. Do better Conexon connect!!

Slow, very very slow. Constantly is loading & says there’s an error then kicks me off

The app is NOT a reliable way to tell if you have Internet. It will say everything is connected when it is not. There is no way to reset your connection remotely. They don’t even have the number for customer service provided.

Get it working right on iphone then i will leave 5
Auto-Logged out and no support
App usually works fine but for some reason it asked me to relogin with my PW - which I did. Can’t login after numerous attempts, tried a PW reset and no confirm email arrived, called support and was on hold for 30 mins before I had to drop. App and support has a lot of room for improvement.
App keeps crashing
The app keeps crashing and my firestick is so slow now was fine with Starlink…may have to go back…not noticing much difference outside of it showing it’s faster
Cannot reconnect previously disconnected devices
I was able to remove a device from the app and when i went to add it back the option is gone. The device cannot access wifi without being granted permission but there is no option to reconnect. The same toggle on the screen that allowed to to disconnect a device is no longer there when i want to reconnect. Now I also cannot remove anymore devices from the internet. Its so frustrating!!! I hate this app
