lies of fixing bugs
I have been on this app for about year. Same issue with ‘Eligibility and Benefits’ section not showing anything. Instead it says invalid date etc. Also claim section is also buggy after sometime crashes. Im on 17 pro max tried, reinstall app and also kept on updating it. Very serious issue on not showing relevant deductible information on how much been already spent.

Easy to use app
This app is easy to navigate and it provides me all the information I need regarding my health plan benefits. I use it mostly to find an in network provider and check claims.

This app has everything for your health plan, from the Members ID cards, to coverage and claims. Very easy to use and navigate.
Easy to use
This app has been very helpful and useful. I normally use it to check claim status and what my responsibility is on my claims. I also check my accumulations towards my deductible and out of pocket. Lots of useful information. I haven’t encountered any issues. I’d recommend this app.

It took me two seconds to find a doctor with this app!!!! So awesome! A really easy app to navigate overall.
Easy to use
Super easy to use and there is a lot of helpful information. We recently moved over to this company and it’s so much easier to see my doctors and bill information.
Worst App EVER
If I could give it zero stars I would. Once you get in (which takes forever) it is simply the worst experience. Searching is awful and if you can get it to work it never returns anything useful. Not sure if it’s crashing or there is nothing to return - it doesn’t tell you!
I’ve tried multiple times to use it to search whether a provider is in or out of network, find a new provider, figure out if chiropractic care is covered…etc…and ever dang time it can’t complete the mission.

App won’t let you log in
It just loads forever, will never actually log in
Poor excuse for an app
Considering this is to be used to inquire about your health insurance, i .e. claims, deductibles met etc., it’s an unexusable poor app. Who actually got paid to make this? It just spins and spins. I have to use this for Blue Cross Blue Shield and as much money as insurance companies make this is unacceptable. I am required to use the web browser which doesn’t display well either. Come on, DO BETTER!

Terrible app
I can only access some of my information. I can’t log on to actual app it will buffer for 5 minutes and then tell me I can’t log on or to try again. The menu button does not work when I log in directly through browser.
