App never works, tried many times nothing works
Non functional
The app will not allow login. Every login attempt gives a message stating “there seems to be a connection issue to the server.” The quality of this app is the same as the water they oversee, terrible.
Used to be useful but now app constant error
Every time I have tried to pay bill through app for last 5-6 months it says error connecting to server. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times, no use. I now just pay through website

Network Error every time, can’t even sign in
Awful
At first I could log-in and pay my bill. Then it wouldn't let me pay my bill (errors), but at least I could look at my statement on the app to get my account #/customer # so I could pay on the website. Now it won't even let me log in on the app. It went from bad, to worse, to completely useless.
