Network Error every time, can’t even sign in
Awful
At first I could log-in and pay my bill. Then it wouldn't let me pay my bill (errors), but at least I could look at my statement on the app to get my account #/customer # so I could pay on the website. Now it won't even let me log in on the app. It went from bad, to worse, to completely useless.
Awful and doesn’t work
The app stopped allowing signin in March I believe (it’s now June). I contacted CUD in April and they responded that they were aware of the problem. My last request for an update has gone without a response for a month.
When it worked it was useful to see how much I owed but not for any other bill information.

App went bad
I used to use this app each month to make my payment, but for months now it says connection issue to the server. I’ve deleted it and attempted to use it again, always the same error message. Really aggravating.
Please Fix The App
Unable to login. Receiving a Login Error message. Issue with the CUD server. Have to pay bill through website instead.

I have deleted and reinstalled so many times. All I can get is error message. I hate this app. I contacted CUD and they say make sure I have latest version. I DO! I have tried everything. Contacted CUD to verify my sign in name, even reset password 6 times! I have written passwords down to assure I am

App Is broken
App never is online or operational. When it is online, if you aren’t careful it can double charge your account.
App does not work
App was ok, and then stopped functioning, currently having to go onto website to log in and pay bill.
Terrible, fix the app! Wtf!
Worst app ever. I can never just use the app to pay my bill. Why do you not fix this!? Just get rid of it if it’s never going to work. Terrible app so terrible they have all this money and can’t make an app that works. Terrible.

The app will not me log in & always get a server connection error but can log in at the website only
Doesn’t work anymore
This keeps giving login errors. It used to work fine but now I have to use the website. Not sure what happened but it’s useless right now.
Needs fixing
Used for several years just fine. Then it wouldn’t save my payment info. Now it gives an error every time I try to log in. Even though I am using correct username and password. (Because I can pay via website just fine).
Useless app
This app needs a lot of work. I finally deleted the app because it was only taken up space. I was never able to pay the bill through the app and for the last month or so. I wasn’t even able to login, I kept getting an error message. PLEASE FIX THE APP.!!!!!!!

Connection error
I have tried for 2 months to use this app but it keeps saying there is no connection and to try again. Please fix this issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and it still will not work.

Update 5/15/2026 This app is the worst!!!! Now it no longer works whether wifi is on or wifi is off. 👎🏾

Absolutely Useless!
I can’t even get past the log in screen even though my credentials are correct. It immediately says there is a server issue and that’s where it stops. I have tried it on different days but still have the same results. I have deleted the app and I suggest to other people don’t waste your time with it. It truly is absolutely useless!

Can’t login in
I’ve been able to login for over four years. The past 2 months, I can’t. I’ve reset passwords and it still doesn’t work. On top of it, I was charged a late fee. For a district of our size, the app should work. Please update or make it easier to pay.
