It gives you three options to find all of your information; I lost my babys card whilst he has his first appt tomorrow and this app showed me what that card is and everything on it. Super easy to add new members under you. Thank you.

I downloaded the myDentaQuest but am unable to access because the State of Georgia isn’t available. However, my dentist office accepts this insurance.
Doesn’t include every state
Not every state with DentaQuest can use the app and the website is frustrating
Won’t let me log in
Although I can login on the website, just fine, the app does not let me login. When I try to reset the password, it tells me my email address is not associated with an account.

Unable to register
Upon attempting to register an account after downloading the app, the app gets stuck in an infinite loop asking for Member ID/Medicaid ID/etc then parent/guardian info and back to Member ID/Medicaid ID screen.
Why is this only for the select few?
I can’t for the life of me figure out why this app would only be for people from certain states…? Medicaid or not like I’m from Louisiana, I also have my dental insurance through DentalQuest, but yet I don’t have any availability to their app because it’s only for people in Texas and whatnot… and it’s so much easier when there’s an app for you to gain access to important stuff like your health and insurance. I think this is an issue that needs more attention and to be resolved…

I'm writing this as a review because I don't know how else to let the people who work on the app see it. But in the app on the "contact us" page, they have the wrong number listed under the "medicaid member contact info". The actual number should have 516 instead of 515. The number they have listed is a scam number. When I called it, they talk about giving people a free life saving necklace and you can hear it's a bot speaking. I just don't want anyone to call that number and give out their personal information.

Doesn’t work
If I could get it to work that would be great. Been trying to create an account for over a month now. The app just won’t go past me creating my password, after that just buffers.
Need to change main dentist
Thank you for making it so easy with this app. Got to see all of the dentist in my area. Saved me a headache of a phone call with 211.
Finding a dentist
I found only one office that would take this dental insurance. All the other offices do no longer accept it. I called all the one that were listed. I finally found one office that would take it. The one the was assigned to us on the insurance card no longer took the insurance. I found this to be very disheartening. It concerned me at how inaccurate the website is!

Why doesn’t the app work?
I’ve been trying for over a month to register with DentaQuest. The app loads indefinitely at the end of registering and it doesn’t complete it. I don’t see a proper way to do this on the website. It’s inconvenient to call, as I tend to not get the right person within the department. I just want my kid’s membership cards…

I can’t login
I can’t sign into my account it says I have the wrong username or password my only option is to reset password but when I do that i never get the email, I am able to login through the website but not the app and I want to be able to sign in through the app how can this be solved ?
Verifying state
I’m from the state of Nevada, why is that I don’t have that option for input in order to register?
