White screen after splash, loading nothing. Updated to latest version. But still no luck

Every time I try to open the app on my iOS device it says something like IMSI error

1 - Even if all notifications are read on app - icon shows still unread notifications on red color number
2 - looks like dialog has stopped data share - but still on app

Very slow. Useless app
This app is very slow. I tried to pay my mobile bill and it doesn’t even facilitate that. Also, I tried to change my mobile connection from postpaid to prepaid and it doesn’t work on the app. Overall, useless.
Optimize it plz
Feels like some APIs just take 2-3 business days to sync the data 🤷.
