This government app is horrid
I have tried to sign in many times and it keeps prompting me to set up my account. Which I already did more than once.
Now when I try to do that, everything is entered correctly and it won’t let me move on to the next section.
After I had to reenter everything. Again. I hit submit and it sat there loading for 20minutes. I figured I could exit and retry but now I have the same problem, it won’t let me move to next part even though everything is entered correctly.
I have sent my funding paperwork through email and I get notice that it’s blurry. The last time I sent it through mail they lost more than half the paperwork. Now they want me to use the app but why would I when it doesn’t work properly? I’m so over the government making everything so much harder for everyone else that needs the help.

Poorly spec’d software
Very frustratingly the software assumes that everyone goes by their first name and no two related people ever have the same name (ie. jr, sr, the third). Whoever designed the specifications for this software lacked experience with people and had a failure of imagination. Very tedious to work around.

Good app but needs some improvements
I like the app and ease of use but there are a couple of things missing that could definitely improve the ease of use.
1. Integrate with the Finance System so users can check on the status of submitted invoices and improve reconciliation. Knowing exactly where you stand is crucial.
2. Improve the ability to reconcile submitted vs. reimbursed amounts in the mobile app.

So much easier than paper
Having both SSAH and enhanced respite I’d love to see it expanded to include ER so I can more accurately track finances.
I’d also love for it to show when payments are expected / made.

Great app but could be better
Expand MDP to included Enhanced Respite; Integrate app with Finance System to improve reconciliation; add reconciliation tools like web version; add link to MDP knowledge base
Grateful for this Program and app
The more I use the app ,gives me confidence to continue trying on my own without someone else doing the work. Thank you 🙏❤️🙏
Not working
The app works for me but isn’t working for my support worker to approve hours. This needs fix asap!!
Fix app don’t work
Ever since the update this app down NOT work on any apple devices this is incredible unacceptable fix this issue ASAP ! This had at least been going on for 2 weeks now . What’s the point of having an app that does NOT work on apple devices? When I’ve no other device to submit my paperwork! Needs fixing NOW

The app doesn’t function
The app doesn’t work since the big update a few months ago. Since I updated it, the app stays on the page with the Person submitting funds profile page and doesn’t go to the home page, which renders the app totally useless. The web-based application works amazing though.

Amazing app! Amazing company!
I love the app! It means that with my disability I can submit expenses without anyone having to help me! I also use voice over on the iPhone, it's fully accessible with voice over, everything works well and is nicely labeled! Amazing app and I love how inclusive to vision accessibility they are!
Fantastic App
This app is absolutely incredible it made me feel so much more confident in my disability and made me feel more independent especially when my mom got sick and I didn’t want her to help me anymore. It’s great they made this app and It’s so easy to use. Overall I absolutely love this app and I would recommend this app to anyone. Thanks to everyone who made this app!!!
