Keeps timing out and error
I would give this 5 star but, it keeps timing out on me and keeps giving error. Had to redownload and keeps logging on and off

Very slow process
When you have discrepancies and you Called the customer,they will answer you that the transaction can process for 2 working days and you have to wait if weekend.Its frustrating
App has very low limit
App is unreliable. Limit per transaction is only 300usd and 500usd total per day. This is too low for overseas filipinos moving money for their families in the Ph. Called support to extend the limit and they cannot do anything about it unlike stable applications like western union and remitly. If you want hassle, the use this app

EXPIRING POINTS
The app works well overall, but 60 days expiration of reward points is disappointing. Reward point should benefit loyal users not pressure them to redeem points within such a short time frame. Extending the validity of reward point to one year would significantly improve the user experience. I would gladly reconsider and improve my rating if this issue is addressed.
