Keeps timing out and error
I would give this 5 star but, it keeps timing out on me and keeps giving error. Had to redownload and keeps logging on and off

Very slow process
When you have discrepancies and you Called the customer,they will answer you that the transaction can process for 2 working days and you have to wait if weekend.Its frustrating
App has very low limit
App is unreliable. Limit per transaction is only 300usd and 500usd total per day. This is too low for overseas filipinos moving money for their families in the Ph. Called support to extend the limit and they cannot do anything about it unlike stable applications like western union and remitly. If you want hassle, the use this app

EXPIRING POINTS
The app works well overall, but 60 days expiration of reward points is disappointing. Reward point should benefit loyal users not pressure them to redeem points within such a short time frame. Extending the validity of reward point to one year would significantly improve the user experience. I would gladly reconsider and improve my rating if this issue is addressed.

Confusing to Understand & you don’t know if transaction went through
I can’t say if my transaction was completed, successful or unsuccessful. My bank was still intact but it says my transaction is awaiting payment. Why? So I repeated sending because the money in my bank didn’t show any transactions made. It saus here tap a stat. Where’s the star? If I go to one of the topic box, it doesn’t allow me to go back to HOME. App needs a lot of improvement. It shows a lot of promo that you can’t use yet.

Rewards could’ve been better. With the new update, you’ll get $60 When you successfully have 3 referrals. It was $100 before. Reward Points, expires as well. You have to send a lot to get points. If not it will just expires.

I tried sending money to my gcash for only 100cad and causes a delay just because I put other - payment - as the purpose of remittance. Then I chatted a support and was told that I need to put the exact purpose. So I told them what are the food that my mother ordered specifically from her friend. Why transactions in the philippines are always complicated. 🥴

I have been using Kabayan Remit for more than 10 years and I can rate them more than 10 stars for their reliable and efficient service.
Late Transfer/Bad service
They’re taking money. I have been calling my bank in the philippines and according to them there is no transaction initiated from kabayan remit, the transaction ID/ref number is invalid. They’re not helping. Kabayan remit tends to worsten situation rather than helping us in our emergency need. I will not recommend this to my friends.

Don't use kabayan remit if you're sending a big amount of money! They need proof and everything when its not even their money!

I always experience delayed transaction like 24hrs or more before the receiver got the money and their customer service responds poorly.
