The wheel of death
This is awful. I was able to sign in but get the wheel of death. The old app worked perfectly. Whomever created this app needs to think seriously about another career path.
IT WORKS AS INTENDED
This app actually works, notifications is a plus. Hopefully will add biometric, like faceID log in; other than that it works as intended.
False Positive Result = ruined Hawaii trip
COVID test from this lab was a false positive, which despite vaccination, and tests before and after proving otherwise, forced me to quarantine until they admitted it was an instrumentation error 4 days later, derailing my trip to Maui. Incompetent and negligent, for staters. Not even a decent explanation or apology after the fact. Avoid.

Use website to register
Based on the other reviews I didn’t even try to register through the app. I registered on the website instead and that worked. Then I was able to log in to the app. Although I don’t see the point of the app since the website does the same thing without any registration issues.
Not Functional
When registering for the app on the initial log in it will send a code to your email. When opening that email there is no code listed but will have a link taking you back to the same log in page. When you try and fill it out it says the email address is already in use.
Unable to register
Unable to complete registration process. Tried a different email address (as suggested by the site: gmail.com), and the registration still crashed.
Fix it
People are stressing enough, especially if it’s for a travel test and people are tying to get home. Now we have to drive back to the clinic on day of departure to get the hard copy.
Garbage
This company needs to get it’s act together. People are relying on them for lab results and they can’t afford a decent app? Crashes, can’t register, it’s trash.

I tried to register for this app, but it keeps on crashing. And when I try to do it all over again, I can’t go thru anymore. It keeps on saying that I need to use another email. So I did send an email to their customer service, they replied but it’s not helpful at all. Didn’t get the answer that I really needed.

Touch ID or FaceID Would Be Great
It’s simple enough to get basic info results anytime but a TouchID or FaceID would make this app more secure and better. Thanks for finally making this app. Kudos to the developers!
