Says I need a different app
Tried to connect the robot and it said I need a different app but then it just takes me back to this app so I can’t progress and connect now

Each time I use the app and log in the app requires authentication verification via email. Was this a change in recent update? If authentication is required allow code to be text.
Worst
After finding the robot it says tap image, but there is image and nothing to tap. Useless
App sucks
Doesn’t stay logged in. Must enter email and wait for code to log in everytime. That’s ridiculous. No update feature or way to reset when it’s acting up.

This app goes from bad to worse
It forces you to re-login every time you open the app with the WORST implementation I have ever seen of sending and inputting one time codes. You can’t copy and paste it in, you can’t enter the whole code at once. Massive, massive pain in the neck

App is Worthless - Equipment is Solid
For a $1,700 piece of equipment that requires an app to run, one would think that Maytronics would put more effort into it. The Bluetooth has to be used to run the equipment and only connects 25% of the time at best. The WiFi doesn’t connect at all. Yes, I’ve tried 2.5ghz. The Dolphin won’t even recognize it. Unfortunately, even though the equipment is great, I’m going to return it for a competitive brand because the app is so horrible. Don’t let the positive reviews fool you, they aren’t real. Look through the Reddit threads, everyone has this issue.

Bad app
It crashed the first time I used it to try to register the robot. I brought it back up and was able to get through partially registering the robot and then it hung for over 20 minutes before I killed it. Not a Wi-Fi problem; not a Bluetooth problem; not a robot problem. It starte cleaning automatically without any app connectivity. The Wi-Fi indicator turned green on the power station, but the app never completed and so now when I bring up the app, it wants to start all over again and since I know it can’t complete, I know that trying again is a waste of time so the app is completely worthless.

Bugs Glitches
I can’t stay logged into this app, doesn’t show an option to even stay logged in. I have to go through logging in then verification mode every time I want to use it. Please update and fix.

How can you make great cleaner but useless software.
Not Happy
App worked at the beginning of the season and now will not stay connected to power source. After several attempts and had both blue cable and power source fixed still will not stay connected. I contacting Maytronics which sent several suggestions and tried everything they said I should do but still did not work. I’m now waiting to hear from the Dolphin Pros since my case has been escalated but have not heard from them as of yet. Not happy at all with this App especially since I paid big bucks for the cleaner.

Remove the Log-in Wall.
App developer needs to remove the log-in to get to the robot. This is a pool robot I own, that is in my pool, and I should not need to create an account just to operate it. It needs to be fully standalone from internet and any account creation, those should be optional. Please add a skip for account log-in, and for anyone looking to get a robot, get one that does not require the app or an account to run it! Find something else for now.

Errors in the app
First I tried to go straight to support but nothing happened so I’m posting it here. The app is showing that it’s 100% done when I just started the machine and it also is showing a wrong end time. I uninstalled the app multiple times and still the issue is there. How can I fix this?
Rubbish, Bugs Galore
Find a better company with a better app. The perfect 5 star reviews are obviously fake and probably generated by click farms from China. I’ve been using this app for three years and the manual drive never worked, they haven’t even fixed the weird double quote on top of the app for the past three years, whatever that is. WiFi is flaky and it’s not my connection at all.

Last purchase ever from this brand
For months I have had to start over each time I want to use my Liberty 400. Reconnect, rename, etc. Now it recognizes the device but won’t connect so I can’t clean my pool. An expensive mistake of a purchase with a non-functioning app.

Terrible experience
One of the worst iPhone apps I’ve used to date. Absolutely no way to get WiFi setup for pool robot - tried across two iPhones. I had to resort to using an Android to complete the process, which did get things working. Bluetooth is incredibly slow and overall a very poor user experience.
Garbage app
Delete app. Re-download, blank screen. God forbid you change WiFi password. Garbage.
