Disappointing
The old Dstv app was perfect, I really don’t understand why they had to change it. Once I’m logged in, I didn’t have to bother logging in again whenever I needed to fix an error or pay my subscription. With this new app, after logging in and enabling Face ID. After a few days, if I try logging in again it will say Face ID failed and I need to start looking for my smart card number again. This is poor. Dstv fix up

Useless App
This app is useless. Works when it wants and not when you want it to work. The only thing that doesn’t fail to work is Payment 🚮🚮🚮

Scam service
I paid for the subscription, when i needed to cancel, they decided my account didn’t exist anymore. They kept charging me. Typical south Africa. Now i have to dispute the charges with my bank.
