They should be able to manage an Apple Wallet version of the card.
They offer a QR code that I assume is intended to allow others to confirm card & qualifications. Instead it just performs a web search! Useless and potentially embarrassing.

All of the information about yourself is on the webpage, anyway.
The only thing that the app does is generate a QR code, which is supposed to be used to confirm your card-status to a third party. It doesn’t work and the automated ECS response says that the QR code is only meant for Windows computers (not all third parties will be carrying them, so not especially useful).
They could easily have created an Apple Wallet version of your card, which would be more useful and would avoid their QR code limitations.

Grey screen fault
I’ve emailed and reported from the app but nobody has attempted to get back to me. I get a grey Home and Comms Screen, the only one that works is the Card screen. Pretty useless TBH.
Two step verification
Can’t log in as I can’t get past the two step verification window. I enter my details but I can’t change the screen ration on my iPhone so that I can see or tab the log in button. I have tried to resize my screen but it doesn’t help. Might as well remove the app now.

Used to work then logged me out. Try to log back in and it texts a security code but there is no submit button to press after you put the code in the box 🙄

Shows card front & back and card status (When renewed & ie on route) be good for when left card in van etc

The app doesn’t even work!! It doesn’t load up my card and every time you go to refresh it, it crashes.

You can log in successfully. However, it’s just loads a blank screen & crashes upon a refreshing.

This app is so stupidly slow and doesn’t work accordingly, my card has never shown up and if you press to refresh is just times out and closes.

I’ve received my message physical card but the app is not showing my card.

I still can’t login to this app some friends are having the same problem it shows a blue screen. This is a bit of a waste the app doesn’t show anything a photo would do. I think it’s a waste of time.
