مشاكل في دائما
١- دائما عند دفع اكثر من فاتورة بطريقة مجمعة البرنامج يرفض الدفع
٢- الدفع السريع بعد التحديث لايعمل
٣- دائما عند دفع الفواتير وهي فواتير كثيرة يتم الرفض بحجة اني تعديت الحد المسموح وعلية يجب الاتصال لتفعيل وتعديل الحد المسموح وهو امر غريب غير مبرر وغير مفهوم
٤- عدم خبرة معظم الموظفين في حل المشاكل

Limitations of usage
Why is payment of utility bills capped at 10,000 per bill. The recent increase in utilities fees pushed many invoices above the limit. Please reconsider!!
Horrible App
I tried to use it for the first time. My wife had an account. It crashes every time she logs in so I tried to care an account on my phone. Asked for my mobile number. Evertime I key it in with the correct Egypt code I get “Please enter a correct number” although it’s correct. I had to stay for 60 seconds to retry!!!!!! Don’t know why????
And then he said you exceeded the 3 times!!!!
For gods sake I’m trying to CREATE an account. Why all this!????

Investments Transaction History Inaccessible on Smaller Screen Phones
On an iPhone SE, when switching to the Investments tab, the transaction slider is hidden behind the buttons at the bottom (Home - Wallet - Offers - etc) and therefore no previous transactions can be viewed.
Also a much more serious problem, if sending money from your bank account using ACH online transfer (not instapay) to fund investment purchases, the money goes to an account at CIB and doesn’t show up in Fawry and isn’t returned back to your bank account. This is a very troubling situation which will need to be escalated to regulators if not resolved.

Very problematic app
Always problems in paying especially with credit cards. Many times it fails to update the Electricity bills values. I need to refresh all the time. I cannot recognize if the electricity bills have been paid or not. The app is ready well designed but very badly functioning.
