Service getting worse
I have been with this ap for a few years. The service is steadily declining. The app is horrible now. The email addresses rarely get notifications, & you definitely want to send from their platform. I believe the rating you see now is from the past. I am definitely seeking new providers. It’s unfortunate I can’t port the number I’ve had for over a decade.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but not only is the app incredibly unstable (dated/not kept up to date), it’s unreliable when it comes to “fax” transmissions. Most failed to send/receive.
Also, don’t be fooled by their free trial. I was charged in full just two days in.

*If you are not going to fix the App at least tell your longtime customers the truth so we find an alternative service.*
Recently updated to the new app. It is unusable!! I’ve used myfax for many many years, this is very disappointing. If you’re lucky enough for the new app to open an incoming fax, it’s very slow. Going to older archived faxes is nearly impossible. Like other reviews, customer service is aware but no fix insight. Telling customers to use the website, but that’s not what I’m paying for all these years.
