This app is so slow, it can take up to 5min to open - you don't have a choice but to use it if you want to hold your tickets for the boat safely

Diabolically bad
I have this crazy idea that an app you use for your ticket while boarding the ferry shouldn’t hang for 30 seconds
plus while opening.
Would also be ideal if when doing a data migration they didn’t put a form up asking for more details from you which is impossible to submit and prevents you from using your ticket.

So bad :(
The app is terrible and seems to be getting worse. Trying to use the website instead but the current confirm details form is broken on the website and sends you in a never ending verify email loop. Thankfully fullers have a good customer service team to call for help.
Terrible app
Constantly crashes and boots me out, slow and unreliable. Can barely make a payment on it - as if handing money to Fullers wasn’t painful enough.

Downloaded the app after buying tickets and creating an account. Cannot enter username or password.

Frustrating and Useless App

You are lucky if you can even logon. I can’t even see the text I am typing in. Even then I cannot log in.

What is the point on even having an app when it fails to open when you need to show your pass and when you manually add your ferry pass it fails to add the new pass. It constantly freezes & goes blank and shuts down. Piss poor app just like the service Fullers displays.

Looks like it has been updated 10 months ago. There have been two significant apple IOS upgrades in this time. The app has features which do not work. Cant top up the tickets, cant view the trip activity and some tickets only half visible. Fullers - if you are providing this app then find people who can make it work. So disappointing.

Unstable
Crashes all the time. Pop ups randomly appear sending you back to the Home Screen. So you only have 5 seconds to do anything in the app. Because of this I cannot update my payment details online.
Couldn’t get past the register process
App wouldn’t allow an Apple generated secure password. Amateur stuff.
Doesn’t work
Most of the time opens with a blank screen. Poor UI. A pity as it would be very useful to know when Fullers ferries departed.
Does what it should
You do have to create an account before you can use it, but it was easy to find the timetable I was after and to buy a ticket. The ticket was delivered to my email within a minute, with a scannable portion that I can use to get onto the ferry. All easy.
Very unreliable App
Very unreliable app. Randomly crashes. Downloaded flexi pass on it,and just when I was boarding the ferry ,the app froze. So I had to go into the ticket office to get a physical card and lost my spot at the ferry queue. Also defies the purpose of having an app to avoid plastic use! Needs a better upgrade!
