l’appli n’est pas stable. la cheminée s’emballe sans raison.
le mode thermostatique ne fonctionne pas bien si vous augmentez la température de consigne, celle ci suit la hausse de température de la piece et la cheminée ne s’arrête pas.
le wifi aussi se coupe sans raison et il faut tout debrancher pour que cela reparte.
Et enfin la cheminée n’est pas pilotable à distance il faut que la commande soit dans le même réseau wifi donc cela ne fonctionne pas en 4g…
Bref peut beaucoup mieux faire

Software is crap
The app is a disaster when trying to connect to the box, it’s like these morons have never actually used or tested their software.
Help
I have tried everything to connect this WiFi box. I know it is compatible with my fire as it was supplied with the fire then technical gave me a replacement. I can connect to the WiFi box in WiFi in my phone and of course the internet.
Come back with an error message as box incompatible which is not correct.
I have reset the WiFi box and the gas valve controller several times.
Still it does not work.
Would be interested to know if the box works on 2.4 or 5ghz.

Don’t waste your money
Wouldn’t even give it one star! Tried for seven months to link it to new fire which cost over £6K engineer told me not to buy it costing an additional £250 wished I would have listened to him. Gazco need to get someone else to design and manage the app for their fires.

Diese App ist eine Katastrophe. Eigentlich sollte sie unseren Gaskamin steuern. Aber entweder findet die App die Box nicht oder sie reagiert einfach nicht. Es ist Glückssache ob man den Kamin sogar ausschalten kann.

UX by an engineer and code by a clown. this app is so frustratingly bad it should be burnt
Stopped working
Used to work fine. Now I can only set the flame to high or off with the app; no other settings work (low flame, flame increase/decrease, thermostat mode, etc.). Only the app stopped working; the remote and wired controls still work (flame control, thermostat mode, etc).
