Confusing and partial
Not sure why I need this app and a separate NHS one. They don’t seem to know about each other and it seems random which I will get messaged through.
Try to ask for test review follow up through this? No, can’t do that (despite there being a button for it).

Rushed
I felt rushed through the discharge process, and it seemed that the nurses were more focused on ticking procedural boxes—such as confirming that I had eaten, drunk something, and used the toilet—than on ensuring I understood my care. I even had to explain to the nurses what the doctor had said, which left me feeling unsupported and unheard. Although I did not go home without the correct medication, the lack of clear communication and the hurried approach made the experience stressful and left me without the reassurance I needed.

Not very happy with it
Clinicians don’t have time or look at the request you put on the up, so that is a waste of time. The after visit reports are virtually useless. Medications given times disappear as soon as you leave the hospital
