This update fixes issues with fuel ordering: - Fixed an issue where the "Place Fuel Order" button did nothing for accounts set to prepay-only billing. Orders now process correctly. - Fixed minimum-gallon amounts on fuel orders. The app now honors your fuel company's configured ordering minimum instead of incorrectly forcing a higher amount. - Fixed below-minimum delivery fees being applied twice to the order total. The fee now appears exactly once and matches what your fuel company charges. - The below-minimum fee is now clearly displayed as its own line item on the payment screen. - Improved error messaging when an order can't be processed, so you're no longer left without feedback.
