Takes days to be able to access videos. Support told me weeks ago there would be an update by the end of the week and that wouldn’t the issue. Still no update!

Installed and connected via Wi-Fi then nothing, no download, no access, no video. Manual is horribly written. No explanation for any of the options. Returning and getting my Garmin that I should have purchased.
Save your money
Since I purchase this camera the appp does not recognize the dash cam and not connected as well. Garbage and waste of money. Soon I return this
