No longer syncs with 23andme

Everything was easy until I got to the most important part: linking my 23andMe account. Every time I would type in my login info and then the security code they emailed me, it would give an error message saying “client id is invalid” which I know isn’t true because I’m able to get into my 23andMe account without issue. Extremely disappointed in MyGeneRank. Please fix this glitch.

I like the idea, but can’t upload 23andme data

Would love to try it out, but it won’t let me open 23andme so.... Can you guys fix this???

Please fix the login issue

The concept is amazing, and I can’t wait to see my results- once I’m able to log into 23andMe! The “sign in with Google” link doesn’t seem to be working at all, so it’s been frustrating. Please fix!
