No longer syncs with 23andme
23andMe
Everything was easy until I got to the most important part: linking my 23andMe account. Every time I would type in my login info and then the security code they emailed me, it would give an error message saying “client id is invalid” which I know isn’t true because I’m able to get into my 23andMe account without issue. Extremely disappointed in MyGeneRank. Please fix this glitch.

Never showed results
Entered all info and never gave me results just says “calculating” forever
I like the idea, but can’t upload 23andme data
Would love to try it out, but it won’t let me open 23andme so.... Can you guys fix this???
Please fix the login issue
The concept is amazing, and I can’t wait to see my results- once I’m able to log into 23andMe! The “sign in with Google” link doesn’t seem to be working at all, so it’s been frustrating. Please fix!
Worked fine for me
No problem with setting up account (don’t use any special characters). Uploaded 23&me data, completed the tasks, got my results in 15 minutes.
Takes days, but did get some useful information
The password rules are not clear as others have stated. I ended up using 15 characters with just upper and lowercase letters and numbers.
Results took 4 days/2 working days.
The score seems in the right ball park given my family history and blood chemistry numbers. What's interesting is to see some statistics about how a healthy lifestyle, statins can bring you closer to someone with lower genetic risk.
Hopefully someday there will be very targeted instructions based on individual DNA, one of the reasons I handed over my data.

Won’t work
I get the same error as everyone else, won’t allow me to create a username and password despite following profile creation rules. Lame
Nothing works
I’ve waited about a month for my data to be analyzed. I now feel a little foolish for turning my DNA over for nothing.
No information
I joined nearly a week ago, it says it will take a couple hours to get my coronary artery disease risk, and still nothing. Has this app just stopped its functionality?
Can’t create an account.
Will not accept a password upon creating an account. Just an endless loop of telling me the password requirements. Yes...I’m following the requirements.

Errors out at password creation, even though I tried several passwords that meet the criteria, I still get the error it’s not within criteria.
