I’m tired of getting in trouble at work. Some people are just born to go fast and I’m one of them. This is why it has a two star rating.

Over the past week I have not been able to get the app to load. Have redownloaded multiple times, login screen does not show up.

This app has not been working correctly since the latest update. I have been working with support for months and they keep saying it’s fixed now, but it’s not.
At first after the update it would not allow you to login. After they thought they “fixed” it, it would let you login but you would have to re enter all fields every time! I have tons of back and forth emails sending screenshots and screen records per their request of it not working and they keep sending to their “engineers”, but apparently their “engineers” do not know how to fix the issue.
If you are looking for a GPS system for your fleet I would recommend something other than Geotab.

App logs out automatically 😡
Please fix bug , really hate to log in all the time !!!!
Bad app
Since the newest update this app does not work at all. Cannot login whatsoever. Contacted our representative and also contacted geotab myself and they have opened a case but it has been months and still no answer. They say their engineers are on it but still can’t figure out why their app is not letting gov accounts login.

New update makes my password invalid
Ive had the same password since i started now it doesnt work. Ive changed it in order to get in the account but once i log out and try to log back in it says my pw is invalid. Been doing this for days now. My drivers need the eld

Letting me see truck speeding in the current time or seeing how long they sit . Also when I look at all the trucks in map if I click a truck all the other trucks fade away .

The main use for this App is to check on your drivers location. A task that you have to perform continuously throughout the day.
Well, with Geotab, be ready to log in every single time you open the app. Makes no difference where you access it from: web portal, mobile app, etc you will have to log back in manually every single time.
It’s easier to call the driver and ask him where he is.
Save yourself a headache and go with a better product. I know I will.

Horrible
This app, when used with iOS is absolutely horrible. It rarely accepts your login info, no matter how correct it is.
Reset your password, still won’t accept it. It’s ridiculous.
Since it’s so close to the first of the year, there’s a really good chance I’m going to dump geo tab and find something that actually works. I can’t have 140 trucks up and down the road that we can’t track.

I really recommend the Geotab tracker. Great product showing real-time data on driving analytics

L’application a un bug depuis la dernière mise a jour a chaque fois qu’ont ouvre l’application ont nous demande d’imprimer quelques chose. Après avoir vérifier avec d’autres personnes je ne suis pas le seul a qui ça arrive.
Poor execution
Not intuitive at all. The first thing people will use this app for is the map of tracked vehicles but you login and the default screen is idle time and other things. Click map and you’re taken to the entire NW hemisphere, then have to zoom in and in all the way to your vehicles even if they’re all in the same city. Maybe they should talk to someone who actually uses the app.

The new update is terrible.
The new update is terrible. It make viewing all me driver’s “trip history” day by day much harder the it used to be. Why did you change it?
Mediocre
Seems to work fine, app just automatically tries to open a ‘print from my phone’ menu every time I open the app though which is annoying and doesn’t make any sense, but otherwise it’s okay I guess.
Crashing
App keeps saying invalid user name or password. Go to the web site and it logs in right away. Once logged into the app as well it logs you out everytime you close it and will not allow you back in.
