Old app was better

I’ve been using Healthcheck360 with my employer since 2019. The old app was much easier to navigate than this one. I figured with the new app we would get more features, with easier input of foods & exercise but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I’m spending more time in the app but that is due solely trying to find where everything is that used to be one or two clicks away. The website is same as this app, it’s just not very user friendly.

This app needs a workout

my work uses this to help us track our health along with giving out points to earn PTO. I downloaded this and finally got logged in and got my Apple Series 9 watch connected. After a few weeks I logged into the app and found that has not synced or anything with my watch. I’ve have to go in and manual enter my workouts so I get my credit from work, otherwise I wouldn’t even bother using this app.

We're sorry to hear you are having trouble with the Apple Health connection. We have a background sync that runs when you log in and gathers data from the last 30 days. That may take up to 24 hours to show up in the app, but is usually within an hour or so. If you are still having trouble, please reach out to support@healthcheck360.com. Thank you!

Doesn’t track progress

The older version was better. This version does not track workouts accurately and will not stay connected to apple health.

I love this app!

This app helped me track my steps over time and rewarded me for for getting 8,000 or more each day.

The support team was also great the one time I needed their help getting logged in.

Easy to use!

The app helps me keep track of my workouts and steps. I really enjoy the challenges and that I am able to make mini challenges with specific peers! I also love the opportunity to use my workout/health goals as a way to save money at the same time! Great concept!

Only way to report a bug is a bad review?

I’ve found the app kinda clunky and hard to navigate. I use it for a “healthy living”-type program at work. As an example of clunky-ness: It seems there is no way to submit a repeat activity even when I hadn’t reached the repeat threshold. Further example: When I tried to send feedback/bug report about this, I discovered that there was no way to leave feedback in the app.

Since the update it stopped tracking my Apple Watch, I disconnected/reconnected and still isn’t tracking.

Great program!

Love that our employer supports our wellbeing through this organization! We get to go shopping in a mall after earning points for our walking and doing workouts. It’s great.

Ablist app

The app comes preset with arbitrary goals that it assumes everyone can do with no way to adjust to your individual circumstance.

It’s like they stop the development half way through to make it look pretty but forget to add features that would be helpful.

Horrible

The last version was so much better than this one. It keeps saying I have the wrong password or log in info, doesn’t stay logged in , and it’s connecting to my devices. I don’t know why there was an upgrade.

Awful

Terrible quality of life experience… makes me reset my password every time I login, and when doing so it often takes hours to receive the necessary email. I would never use this app again if it weren’t for a work related health insurance “bonus.”

Took away the best feature

The best part about the old app was how easy it was to track your calories. Simply scan the barcode. Now that you’ve taken that feature away, I have no use for the app. Very disappointing.

Will not sync with Apple Health

I hate this app with a passion. It will not auto sync with Apple Health. Ever. It only syncs upon initial connection. After that you have to disconnect and reconnect every single time if you want to get your points. I reported my issue several times and finally gave up. So I assume this app is owned by a health insurance company or is conspiring with them to make sure we don’t get our points and discounted premiums. I miss Power of Vitality.

Terrible app

App won’t sync with Apple Health unless I disconnect and reconnect every day. Contacted support and they tried to tell me it my phone that is the issue. Even though 8 other in my department at work is having the same problem. Worst app ever.
