Login Issue
Please update the app to login with singpass. Reset password every time when we login is not practical at all.
Worst app to use ever
Whenever I want to see a doctor the apps was logout and I am unable to access to company email. Each time I was logout I had to reset the freaking password. What’s the point of using this app? It is the worst app ever. If not company are using this for insurance medical I wouldn’t even download such a lousy apps. Please improve on the apps. Even for security purposes can send sms otp or whatsoever. Doesn’t have to always use office email to login when session was logout. Worst app ever!!!!!

Can't believe whoever allow it to go live , 0 testing has been done and it's always so buggy
Wouldn't use it if it's not company selected insurer
