No invoice no payment link
App cannot get to invoice/bill or payment. Approach helpdesk and got to useless help. How to pay without details? So many scams around, sms notice cant be trusted
Do they know how to send OTPs?

Useless app
If I could give 0, I would. Got a message saying my results are out and to download the app. First, setting up the app is a pain because it keeps showing errors. Then when I finally am able to get in, where are the freaking results? This app is not intuitive at all. When Finally I find the results and click on them, nothing happens. It is such a huge waste of time!

No help at all
I called cos unable to read my X-ray which is listed in the app. The number listed in the app was answered by someone who asked for a lot of contact details when I asked if she can really help me she say she can’t.
I was informed no one working today. Then why is this number listed as the contact number.
I also wonders why the line is working well when the person is asking me for my contact details, and the line went patchy when I refuse to give my contacts. Is this number listed legit?

Fail to update via File
I fail to upload the PDF file via the file upload function. Quality Control of App and service is undesirable.
