Login Issue
Please update the app to login with singpass. Reset password every time when we login is not practical at all.
Worst app to use ever
Whenever I want to see a doctor the apps was logout and I am unable to access to company email. Each time I was logout I had to reset the freaking password. What’s the point of using this app? It is the worst app ever. If not company are using this for insurance medical I wouldn’t even download such a lousy apps. Please improve on the apps. Even for security purposes can send sms otp or whatsoever. Doesn’t have to always use office email to login when session was logout. Worst app ever!!!!!

Unable to make input for claims happened in year 2024
New version not allow user to enter for event happened in 2024
very clever way to make you pay for insurance but never have to provide you with the service
no way activate health insurance when this garbage app is the ONLY verification

As usual, clowns implementing apps without using their brains and encumbering their customers with unnecessary work and their phone memory space. The functions in the app does not need an app to be implemented and I have serious concerns about our data privacy.

After sign up and said email had send to my email address. keep refresh and got nothing.
Couldn’t login at all
Terrible app with poor maintenance. Couldn’t even login to the app at all and kept saying that my credentials are incorrect when it wasn't. Could login with my credentials on website just fine. Uninstalling this useless app
Always having trouble logging in
After typing OTP, most times I can’t login. Error msg that ‘something went wrong, try again later’ will appear. Extremely frustrating

After the most recent update (as of this writing) I could not even log in with the OTP received. Ridiculous!

Horrible app
Always crashed. Even after keying in OTP, the app just gave “failed operation” message. Insurer asked me to update to latest version to avoid this, but my version is already the latest.
Highly Unstable!
This app is highly unstable, kindly invest in a stable platform, login is a nightmare
