Benefits
Every time I look up my benefits via the app, a new web page opens up and has me login. The web page doesn’t load anything up regarding my benefits and then just sends me in a loop between the app and web.

Love the new app. EZPay is so convenient to use. I can get a digital id card and keep track of my expenses in real time!
Blank page
The app always gives me a blank page. I have not been able to use it for weeks
White Screen
When I log in, all I get is a white screen (with a green bar at the top). So this app is now worthless. The support link here is also a 404.
App is buggy, does not work
An update is needed, this app does not work as it should, you can’t navigate through it without have an “ERROR” notification pop-up all the time.
Terrible App!
Looks like it was designed in 1999 and never updated. Clunky. Doesn’t work correctly. Says I have bills to pay (I know that I do!) and there is no way to pay them. Always shows $0.00 owed. I really hope the company I work for gets better health insurance soon. Their app is as bad as their insurance coverage.

App is just as worthless as the “insurance” itself.
Don’t waste phone space
The only real value in this app is having quick access to your ID card which can be done without the app if you have a photo or access to files from your phone. Other than that it’s pretty useless since I can’t navigate through all claims. Don’t waste storage space on your phone for this app. Just use desktop.

Hate having to log in
With any other app I can use face recognition. With this app any time I need to do anything, I have to manually log in with a user name and a password I can’t remember. Even my banking app uses face recognition.
Helpful APP
The HZ app is brief, simplified & shows what I want to see. I’m not expecting more and nothing less. Works perfect
Simply doesn’t work
I downloaded the app and it just crashes every time I open it. I’ve tried reinstalling, restarting my phone, etc. It simply won’t load.

Desktop mindset
If you’re making a mobile app, don’t make it impossible to view PDFs when I want to read my statements. Having to download and save them to my phone is not mobile friendly. I want to be able to view my statements and close them. Helpful to see my card and have ezpay in there but won’t be using the app if I can’t do everything on my phone.
