I accidentally found my hospital document fr 5/8 but I can't find it again
Worst app ever
Still unable to setup the portal and there is no help to fix the issue… No tech support and the hospital itself can’t or won’t help and trying to use the help part of the app just goes back to the link patient which is the issue to begin with

Still buggy
Not much to review unless you have your MRN from your affiliated hospital. It won’t proactively seek and populate it. Further, it doesn’t remember your login credentials or link to your biometrics. What’s this mean? You’d better remember that long hard-to-remember password because it’s gonna ask you for it every time you log in. Additionally, it sometimes forgets who you are and won’t allow you access to “protected” information.

Confusing app
This should be much simpler! I am very familiar with patient portals and apps but this is burdensome and redundant. It needs work!
No one to help
When problems occur with anything there is no one to help. The help /ask question goes to a 404 does not exist page

Unable to delete read messages or reflect as read even using app command that says it will

Incomplete. Incorrect. Inconvenient.
For labs done 11/2023: the CMP (comprehensive metabolic panel) normally has 17 components (glucose, calcium, BUN, etc.). MyHealthHome-MphRx has the CMP lab showing ONLY 1 out of 17 components. When I contacted the developer, the Chat Guy (I’ll call him Jāhila) kept asking me what was missing. I told Jāhila that MyHealthHome was missing all 16 of the other 17 components. I emailed an example of previous results. Jāhila did not know the meaning of “comprehensive“, nor what comprised this common medical lab. Jāhila did not offer to look it up. ……. Later, I received email from “Valerie” that appeared to be a scam email— the email had no company name, no title, and no letterhead, poor grammar, and bad spelling—common signs of scam emails. After questioning, Valerie barely identified herself. Valerie wanted me fill out a form, copy my ID, and send her my info. That is in addition to data that MyHomeHealth has already. ….. Eight months later, the CMP still has only 1 piece of data—I have not had time to go to the hospital to fix the problem.

Point blank useless and a waste of space.
Worst portal system I have encountered
I have used multiple portal systems for clients in my role as an independent patient advocate. This is the only portal that I have used in which I have consistently not been able to access any records
Poorly designed
Unable to create a report and download all lab results from a specific day
Also need to add my dad as I am his caretaker and do not have his MRN #

Very unhelpful patient portal
Xray reports not available. Lab results have too much cryptic data. Not user friendly for patients at all.
Awful
This app is not user friendly at all. The app doesn’t sync data with Apple Health and always runs into an error. Very outdated look and feel. This app needs a lot of improvement .
Terrible app!!!
Absolutely horrible!! For this to be an app where you can access your medical records and results- it has been the most difficult, not user friendly, and complete waste of my time!! There is absolutely nothing you can actually see on here! My advice- DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS CRAP! Go request your medical records from the facility instead!

Useless
I still can’t link myself as a patient. Support just says the same thing over and over about a one time password. This is the worst patient portal I’ve ever used.
Constant server issues, buggy
Constant server issues, slow, and buggy. I often cannot enter vitals.

Update the app already and fix these problems
Keeps logging me out! I log in, accept the phone number agreement thing or whatever that pops up, I click on my file, and it immediately goes back to the login screen! What’s the point of this app if I can’t access my medical records easily? I have to call just to get them to tell me and sometimes the drs say they don’t have my results which they should since it’s on my health portal and I know it’s there. I can see it when I login on safari, but I shouldn’t have to use safari when this app is supposed to be there for a reason. Also couldn’t zero star so got a 1

Horrendous App
The most difficult app to use. I am a retired IT professional with 40 years experience. This app is sooooo difficult to navigate. I created an account, but can not get to my records. The FAQ says “ Once you have created your MyHealthHome account, link your patient profile and you will see your clinical records when you click on your name after linking.”
NOWHERE does the app tell the user where or how to link profile. Nor link to what.
