can't log in
hard to review when i can't log in. i log in and it continues to take me back to the "log in or register screen" after logging in. i have also used the app on my laptop and hoping the phone app is better. not a very well designed app IMO.
Needs a update
I have updated my profile several times and it’s still showing my old info and half of the feature doesn’t work. Needs a serious update to fix all of the bugs issues
Doesn't accept alternate browsers
This app only allows access thru Safari.

Using app
Your app on my iPhone is the most difficult one I have ever tried to use. The info doesn’t follow a logical sequence. Once you get to what you want to see - it’s not what you thought you would see. It’s not easy to navigate through the various options. It keeps sending me back too far or not at all. Bottom line : your app is NOT user friendly.

Horrible App
Where do I begin - does not list your premium cost, no chat, etc. and forget about calling - if you like to wait on the phone (as there one rep is busy with other customers) this is the your supplemental insurance pick. Dumping them in open enrollment. Wish Cigna never sold them to this horrible insurance company.

Terrible App
The app doesn’t even bring up the keyboard to let me respond to security questions. But I can type the response in an email and then copy it to the app. I’ll not be using the app as a result…better off just going to the website.

Lordy! Please check your template for your app! It’s dated especially for IOS 26.4 update! You can’t even put your birthday in. It asks for the slashes & it auto populated commas! It keeps crashing on the Face ID as well. Look out United Healthcare! Here I come!

Signed up paperless and always get everything in the mail. Don't you understand what paperless is????
Check EOB??
Looking at what claims have been processed, when you go to the detail, it says "check EOB". I can find no way to actually look at the EOB's. Very frustrating!

This app is so much easier than having to manually type in on a website. It’s exactly the same information but so much easier to use.

User friendliness
The website isn’t very user friendly. I can find nothing on where I stand with my amount claimed and with my policy coverage. Ex: prescription I have purchased compared to what my policy will covers or not

My app has changed!!
I used to be able to send a message to my PCP but now I can’t. Ever since the last update a month ago I have no option to send any messages. What happened?
You need to fix your app facial identification login. It only works for one day & then says expired—
I’ve enabled facial ID login and it only last one day and then trying it again. The next day says it’s expired. Please fix this part of the app. Thank you.
