Мошенники, отменили билет , деньги не вернули , на звонки отвечает индус он же и отвечает на чат , отвечает на все вопросы ,,хорошо’’ других слов не знает . Сказала что позвоню в полицию . На телефон больше не отвечает . Открыла кейс на них в банке , жду ответ

Negligence in urgent request
Despite the number of times calling and e-mailing and watsup communications, no one ever got back to me with the quick feedback and action to cancel my return ticket back to Dammam on May 6,2025 which reflects a bad reputation on my holidays website .
Worst experience ever
One of worst experiences I ever had. I paid more than 2000 SAR for the booking. The shared an email saying booking is not confirmed you need to pay more to confirm it and I paid more than 500 SAR and they took more than 3 hrs to share the ticket to me.

They all are Scammers Do not book your flight hotel package nothing, If your booking is unconfirmed and you don’t want to confirm in that case they will deduct almost 75% of your money and then they will told you for the refund will take 7-14 days but actually it will take more then a month.

I never write reviews but these guys deserve one. They did issue a valid ticket, however they call you and try to scam you into paying more money for no reason. The conversation with their support was absurd to say the least. After negotiating a full refund due to the “increased ticket cost” for 10+ minutes they finally gave up and issued the ticket with no extra charges. I’d highly recommend staying away from this company.
