Recent changes
Recently changed how having a password functions, it sucks. Having to enter a verification code everytime instead of just having a password or, god forbid, having the app remember my login, is incredibly annoying and I've never seen any other app do this. It's not "easier" or "faster", it's useless and annoying.

Not Really Helpful
Still cannot receive by email building notifications posted on paper in elevators and hallways. No maintenance request tracking system.

There should be an option to choose other if no category fits description issue .
Nothing is ever done
For the past two years, we have been trying to let Homestead know that somebody upstairs has a washer in their apartment. We’ve got water all over our floor soap all over our floor and yet we have to clean it up. They say they can’t do anything. Try getting your plumbing done properly.
