Great app
This app is helpful in getting repairs, paying rent, keeping up to date on announcements for the building. The only negative is that there is no where it input maintenance requests for the building. You can for your apartment but not the building.

Application
I’m having an issue logging into the app. After entering my email, the next step should be to select “Send the verification code to my email”, but most of the time this option doesn’t appear. As a result, I’m unable to receive the verification code and can’t log in. Could you please help resolve this issue?

For the few service requests that I’ve had their resolved within hours.. where the paper method would get addressed in several days
Recent changes
Recently changed how having a password functions, it sucks. Having to enter a verification code everytime instead of just having a password or, god forbid, having the app remember my login, is incredibly annoying and I've never seen any other app do this. It's not "easier" or "faster", it's useless and annoying.
