They steal money through complicated pricing

They sell you visits + credits, then come back and take away visits saying we simply don’t need visits anymore. Frustrating to explain them and their customer support the difference of taking away something vs deprecating something and how pricing works. Very disappointing.

Mixed feedback

Initially I had a great experience. But as is the case with most startups, once things break it all goes wrong. The app is great I think, the service not so much. I was denied entry into a co-workspace. After some heated arguments with the management of that space, they allowed me to enter the coworking space but essentially gave me a desk at the cafeteria and borderline misbehaved with me. What was my fault I never quite understood. There are no customer care numbers listed on the app so I raised a ticket which simply said we’ll call you back. I never received a call, and the best part? They closed my ticket and now the app shows I never raised a support ticket at all! Absolutely brilliant I must say.

Kudos to the team at MyHQ. Put your customer in a difficult situation and when the customer asks for help simply walk away like it never happened.

Ah - anyways wish this team all the very best. Hope you guys succeed. I unfortunately won’t be a part of that journey.

Great collection of workspaces

I have been using this app for more than 2 months now to visit coworking spaces once or twice every week for a change from my remote work routine. I generally book Wework, Cowrks, 91Springboard through this app on any location without any constraint. Easy to use app, pricing seems fair, workspaces are clean with friendly staff. Must have app for folks working remotely

Feedback and suggestions

Simple interface to book co working spaces.

Two suggestions:
1. Please have monthly booking option.
2. OTP expiry does not need to be 1 min it can be more than that (at-least 3 mins).

Fraud app

They are not having proper contract with the working space centres but simply accepting bookings on the app. I have booked a co-working space with Apeejay business centre, somajiguda. After reaching the centre, I have been informed that my HQ doesn’t have any control for renting spaces. I had to waste my time. Dont trust this app at all. Even the customer care never responds. One guy from the team called me and asking me to visit another co working space and coose from the app. They are just an unprofessional/fraudulent team. Definitely rrport this further for cheating and confirming the booking without themselves having any contract.

Simple and user-friendly

Booking coworking spaces is simplified by the myHQ app. CoWrks was booked, and the experience was fantastic because the app was easy to use and reasonably priced. The greatest coworking spaces in town are accessible through this app. Definitely give it a try!

Unified app offering all coworking solutions

Was in need of a co-working space in Gurugram with flexible booking dates since I travel across cities.

This app seamlessly displays the curated list of coworking spaces & work cafes along with custom solutions like flexi day pass! This empowers me to purchase a certain visit plan and book visits at any of their workspaces throughout the year by a single click from the app.

I believe the app’s UI & UX resonates with the user needs. The communication it maintains with the user post registration is great!

Would recommend anyone to use myHQ as the product for any coworking related requirement. They also deal is virtual offices, permanent office spaces, meeting rooms, dedicated spaces for few of the employees in a company, etc.

Cool workspace at very affordable prices!!

Best Co-working space booking app

Have been using this app to book wework & cowrks since January 22 for booking coworking spaces in Bangalore. Really like the smooth app interface & the affordable pricing. Prices are easily 20-30% lower than wework & cowrks. As easy as booking 1 night prior or the same morning & turn up at the space directly. No issues till now. Please include more premium coworking spaces or increase seats overall.

App is Buggy, Customer support is pathetic

I did a booking on the app. The free trial feature didn’t work. I had to pay for first booking.
Next the Edit booking feature doesn’t work. It keeps giving error.
I called the customer they said they would edit the booking and call me back.
They didn’t and stopped picking my call.
Waste of money and time.

What a waste

Recently quit my job to become a freelancer. Booked a cowork via this app and was all excited to start my first day. Reached the address provided by them. To my surprise, security guards didn’t know about this app. They won’t let me enter despite prior booking. After lots of struggle, they allowed me enter but won’t let me park my car inside. They asked me to park car at some random roadside place. Finally when I reached their designated place, it was all empty. Just a few security guys there who had no clue about this app. When I called their customer care, no body picked up the call.

Anyways, ended up wasting my morning and worse, lost excitement of first day of work. Received callback from their customer support hours late who said will come back with a resolution. Days have passed and no one has come back yet.

Stay away from this road side startup who has no clue about customer pain.

Half baked

I was enjoying the experience till i not needed stationary, when i checked to use some stationary, there was only pencils and sharpners and that to cheap quality plastic pencil & were hard to sharp and use. There are no erasers, sticky notes, ruler etc all u have is cheap pencil, pen, & sharpner.
All of sudden this ruined my experience, and I questioned myself, Is this is what u have paid for.? Tried calling their customer care with no luck, nobody picks call.

I have recently started using myHQ and cannot tell how happy i am with their concept/service.

Great space for networking

Although myhq is a coworking space provider but their dashboard on which all of their users can interact and network makes it really stand apart from the crowd. I have been able to get introduced to some good opportunities on it.

I have been a myHQ user since the past 2 months and I really swear by it now.. they have beautiful spaces and are courteous enough to take care of all your needs to provide a work friendly atmosphere, also their app is very functional and user friendly!

Nice apps but have few UI flaws

It is a nice app and i donot find any bug, but there are few UI flaws like 1. Open al carta menu, the cross x button got overlapped with battery and hence user is not able to close it in a single click. 2. When you ask your user to rate their respective workspace, the feedback form got hidden in the phone keyboard interface and hence user cant see what he is writing and can only be seen when user minimize the keyboard
