Too many surcharges& fees
Iām not sure if they make you aware but they charge us as parents who are adding the money a % based on how much you load. It also charges different fees based on the form of payment. But wait it gets better!! Not only do you pay all those fees but then you when your child actually makes a purchase at school they will automatically charged 0.75 for a processing feeā¦ so if he forgets something and has to go back in line, another .75 is charged for one drink!!! Private school or not the food is just way too expensive. Not just the food but just adding money for your child to get said food is insane!!

Horrible set up and options
Why does the site only allow for Apple Pay to add cards. Why canāt you just add a single debit or credit card to this account without having to put it in the Apple Pay. And then the phone numbers that appear for me to do confirmation arenāt even my phone numbers where did yāall get these phone numbers from? One of them even goes to an adult dating site. Not even my phone numbers to do the confirmation. This is unacceptable. I canāt even add money to my childās account. I do not want to put a checking account on here.

Easy
This app was very easy to set up and add money using Apple Pay. That was a great convenience compared to other sites that require all kinds of transfers, etc.
Never fully functional
The app is often glitchy and wonāt show the full options, specifically spending.

I liked the old version better. This doesnāt make sense

Hi, I started using this app last year and the UI and functionality problems were apparent. After updating the app it looks super fresh and is a MUCH smoother experience. Great improvement from the team, Iām glad they are doing improvements now.

I have been using the previous version of the app which wasnāt the best.. but this update really changed things for me, itās really intuitive, easy to use and has a bunch of cool features.. well done!

For an app that is designed to handle a financial transaction to be this poor, itās hard to believe it is in the App Store.
Okay, but needs to be more robust
This app has some basic functionality, but needs more refinement. I have to admit my expectations were low because I saw the rating of the app is one star (uh-oh!). However, Iām glad to see that I can view my kidās spending. Unfortunately, I donāt see any tools to filter by last week vs. last month vs. last six months. Iāll use this app more and update this review if I see improvements.

This administration of this app provides no support. The app is near useless. Schools shouldnāt use it for childrenās lunch programs.

How do you sign up? There is no where to sign up
Password Issues - Useless App
Thereās no option anywhere to create a password when signing up. When you click āForgot Password,ā it sends an email with a so-called reset link, but that link just dumps you right back on the login page (no reset screen at all) Iāve tried multiple times, and it still will not let me create or reset a password. Without being able to log in, the app is completely useless. Fix your login system before offering this app to users!

Probably the worst app Iāve experienced
This company is clearly ripping off schools with the worst ever payments experience Iāve ever seen.
Absolutely terrible
Constantly crashing and high fees make using this app a nightmare. Thereās no other way to pay for my kids lunch or school activities and Iāve been dealing with this for years. Passwords always correct yet I am never able to access and am always kicked out mid-transaction.
