I have tried to open this app. Several times I have restarted my phone I have reinstalled the app I have done everything imaginable and I still can’t open, It just opens and straightaway crashes absolutely pathetic considering I pay an arm and a leg each month for your services and sadly I can look back at reviews from years ago and this is still a relevant issue, does this mean that there’s no one reading these reviews and taking these into consideration are we just shouting into the air? Again I repeat, pathetic

Just like everything in Zim, this app doesn’t function. It crashes as you open it. I’d say please fix but I’d be wasting my own time. Rubbish.
MyZOL app
I have loaded and reloaded this app innumerable times over several years and it will not work. I have iOS 15.1. I have also been to a ZOL shop and they can’t get it to work.

The application keeps on crashing. Looking at the comments it seems like it’s been going on for awhile now and it’s not been fixed which is very poor coming from a big company like this
Data management
Great up but lacks some basic needs for routers. Data control tools would be useful for capped WiFi connections, usage history alone does not help with data management. It would be helpful to show connected devices and have data limit or plan option.
