New Improvements
The Cell C app has made amazing new updates and improved in overall experience
Really dissapointing
Been using the app for years. With almost every update there is something new that does not work. Some updates fix previous bugs and other updates have new bugs. It's now at a point where I can't even use the app. Logged a call with support and in the end the problem is my phone because the app works on one of the support techs phone who has the same model IPhone as I do... I have given up on this app and please, cell c, don't even try to contact me. I am tired of you wastng my time to fix your poorly developed and tested and software.

Last update makes it unusable
Since the last update, this app is not working at all. Initially the app would take me to a website to do things I frequently did on the app before. Now it just doesn’t even load my datails. No man, do better
Unauthorized subscriptions to Games
Cell C subscribed me to some game called MyArcade without my knowledge and steals R5 per day from my account. On trying to cancel the subscription the Cell C call centre tells me they don’t know how I got subscribed and I have to jump through hoops to get the subscription cancelled. This is highly unethical / criminal behavior and i will cancel my contract with Cell C

Login Issues
Trying to log in just to get “Account Locked” error, then I reset password and get a successful message. After that I get the same “Account Locked” error again. Customer Care cannot fix issue and their plan to fix is “delete the app and reinstall” so now they need to “escalate” the issue…
