Ismrt credit allocation

I was told that to load i need to use one of the account numbers and send the POP to the whatsap number. I did that up until now the whatsap numbers do not respond, i sent countless emails and texts for them to credit my wallet to only be ignored and i keep on getting charged as my account was not on the minus. Where is it sensible to charge a customer R46 for allocation of credit . I loaded 700 but ended up with R580 on the app .

ZERO STAR

I am here again to give another review of this app, IT STILL DOESN'T GIVE AN ACCURATE REAL TIME READING, AND FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS IT’S BEEN DISPLAYING THE SAME FIGURES, I HAVE LOGGED OUT AND LOGGED BACK IN REPEATEDLY, UPDATED THE APP AND STILL NOTHING WORKS.

WHAT IS THE ESSENCE OF CHANGING A SYSTEM THAT WORKS TO ONE THAT ONLY INCONVENIENCES AND FRUSTRATES PEOPLE.

I GIVE ZERO STAR!!!!!

Unimpressed

RMS is by far the worst system ever! You get billed per day despite consumption or not. The app is faulty it doesn’t display information correctly you consistently have to uninstall and reinstall for it to reflect the updated information. On top of that every time you load money they charge you 5-6% of whatever money you’re loading.

Don’t have account wallet

I can’t open the app cause it keep asking for my wallet account number but I wasn’t sent any so I don’t have it…I only check my balance via link or Balwin app

Poor reading

This app does not give correct reading on meter activity, does not refresh. Before you’re shown any accurate information your electricity would have been cut off
