Can’t sign in!!!
App won’t send the link to my email to reset my password. I do receive regular emails from the app but not to test password. Sooo frustrating!!!
Great until it logs you out
5/5 when it works, but ever week or two kicks you off even if Face ID enabled and is a pain to login again. Otherwise good
Love the casino, hate the app
Compared to any other casino app this is on the bottom of my list. Most of the time can’t get past the log in.
Terrible app
Worst casino and promotions app on the planet. So glitchy, rarely allows me to login because it freezes at the login screen no matter what I do. Force close, reinstall, restart phone. Nothing works. Hate this stupid app.

This has to be the worst app I’ve ever used. It hasn’t been updated in almost a year. Half the time I can’t log in, and when I try to see promotions it always freezes for a couple minutes only to show me half the info about the promo. Horrible
Freezes constantly
Ever since the last update the app freezes as soon as I log in. It doesn’t navigate between tabs.
Need to update your software
This app is always getting stuck. You can’t move from from one thing to another. You have to close it out and start all over again. And again it gets stuck and you get frustrated TI Department is not doing their job are using an old software.
Terrrible app - constantly freezes
This is one of the worst apps for a business I’ve ever used. I have never once opened it that it didn’t freeze, requiring you to close it and open it multiple times just to be able to view a page. It’s truly terrible.
Not working
Challenges for Daily and weekly coins no longer works... I've tried deleting and reinstall app without success.
Always awful
Every Live Casino app has been horrible. It either makes you log in every time, or it is extremely slow or freezes, or it shows old information, or it just kicks you out. The app is as unstable as anything. It’s as if they make a great design, and they say to themselves, “OK, now let’s make it terrible for the user.”

Slow app
The app is so slow. Have to click a tab a dozen times before the page changes. FaceID wont log me in. I end up having to use the website instead.
Slow to Respond
This app is very slow to respond. Sometimes the freeplay value information on the Offers page doesn’t load, so you have to go to the website to see what the offerings are.
Switching between pages is ponderous as well. When navigating to a new page the app freezes up while it (I assume) is loading data in the background.
Bring some efficiency to your app guys! Or give me $1000 a month in freeplay for my pain and suffering.

The app freezes after login. Moving between pages or links takes a very long time and sometimes does not work.
What happened?
Worked great before. Now you click a tab and wait about 60 seconds and hope it updates. Constantly have to close and log in again to even get to offers page. What happened??
Functionality declining
This app used to work great. Now it is horrible it just opens and freezes several times before you are able to navigate the through the features. Please fix it

The app is freezing everytime I open it. It’s extremely inconvenient to have to log into the web and then navigate back to the app. Take notes from mgm and please make this app better.
