Horrible login process
The app login process is bad. You have to login as if you are a new user every time, entering your UserId and password, every time then do the authentication. No support for Apple FaceID or Apple fingerprint scanner. The navigation within the app and details provided aren’t great either. Some basic info on escrow but lacks info on where to send those bills if they aren’t sent directly to the lender. You also can’t see an image or PDF of the front or back of your bill. Compared to other mortgage lenders apps I have dealt with this one is a fail.

I like it because is so easy to pay your mortgage and you can see everything about your loan and control your payments.

This place is a joke!
My loan from Rocket Mortgage was sold off to this place about 2019. This place when you call in is a glorified collection agency! Rude & never helpful! I have paid every mortgage payment on time now for nearly 12 years! I don’t need to call into a debt collection agency to discuss my loan! Coincidentally my payment never went up with Rocket Mortgage, this place raises the payment every year by what they say the are allowed 6%. Yes I have a fixed rate mortgage loan!

Ever since I downloaded the app I’ve only been able to successfully log in 3 times I made my first payment an entire month early and thank god I did because it took so long to actually take the payment from my account. I think everyone should report this app and company to the BBB Better Business Bureau so some actual change can take place.

Pathetic app and website
I really wonder if these people do it on purpose to make it difficult to pay. Cannot login to this app at all. I can login to the website but the one time payment doesn’t work, amortization schedule doesn’t work. Someone should sue this company for making their critical services unavailable to the customers most of the time.

This version of my loan care is the most user friendly by far.

I have several apps on my phone pertaining to finance. How is this the only app that I have to sign in every time by hand as well as two factor authentication every time? Get with the times loancare and add Face ID support. I do like the improved view on the dashboard but it’s irritating that the app does not remember my user ID and password.

Myloancare
My only issue is with the app, I always have two type in my password, and then I have to go through two verifications. This makes the paying the mortgage more of a hassle than it should be. I wish she would fix the phone app so I could login with face recognition and easy Peezy pay my mortgage and go about my day.

Why?
This app’s only advantage is that you dont have to sign in and be verified TWICE each time you see to enter MyLoan Care. There’s no communication portal; the website’s secure portal is a pathetic platform hidden within the maze of ads and come-ons for refinancing. I had hoped this app would help with the secure communication they insist on. Instead it’s an underperforming reflection of a totally frustrating website more intent to sell priductbthan solve problems. When will we ever have customer support agsin?

DOES NOT WORK
It use to work like 8months ago, I try to give them my money but they don’t want to take it. I guess my house is free!! 😂 but for reals, it’s annoying to have to pay via phone since last month I couldn’t even pay online 🤦♂️
Don’t bother
Does this app ever work?? I downloaded it because the website for some reason won’t let me make a payment -for days now- and this app is won’t even let me log in!
If outside of US app or web sites are not loading
So disappointed. There is no way I can pay if accessing from the EU, specifically Bulgaria. Nothing is loading when you select “Get Started”.
Face ID Doesn’t work
Face ID doesn’t work on the app, even when I manually pick the account the details will not copy over, please look into it
Unable to use app
App no longer allows me to sign in with my credentials after using face ID to auto fill so I just use the mobile site or desktop
