Too much trash
Most of the app is trying to sell you something. This back used to be great. With each name change the service has gotten worse. I would check out Ally for a better experience.
No help
I’ve been with lending club (now happen bank) for years. Always in good standing. I was hit by a car on my bicycle which has left me with little income while I’m unable to work for the next three months. I’m confused why I’d be denied hardship help with a perfect track record.
It Sucks
Attempt to connect bank account through plaid and somehow got incorrect account number. I never set up anything on auto pay but the app is trying to force it to an incorrect bank account that it won’t let me delete. Tried using pay pal option but the screen whites out every time and never connects. I finally was able to connect correct bank account manually and submit payment but we will see. I still haven’t been able to delete the incorrect info off of the auto pay I never selected. This app is garbage

They canceled my auto pay when the switch from leading club to happen bank and I don’t get that notice till 6 days after my due date

I’ve had a great experience using Happn Bank (LendingClub). The app is fast, reliable, and very easy to navigate. Managing my account, checking balances, transferring money, and viewing transactions is simple, and everything is laid out in a way that makes sense. I also appreciate that the app feels secure while still being quick and convenient to use.
The only improvements I’d like to see are more customizable notifications, built-in budgeting and savings tools, spending insights, subscription tracking, a credit score dashboard, and 24/7 live chat support. Adding more detailed transaction information and allowing users to customize their home screen would also make the experience even better.
Overall, this is one of the better banking apps I’ve used. It works well, is dependable, and makes everyday banking easy. With a few added features, I think it could easily become one of the best banking apps available.
