Payment options
App does not give option to pay monthly amount. Only partial. I want to pay on weekly larger amounts. Very confusing. Then you have to go a different payment app to use debit card which only gives options for principal payment, again very confusing

On August 11th, the area where I live was hit by a severe storm that caused significant damage throughout several surrounding cities. Many homes were destroyed, and there were widespread power outages that continued for days and ongoing. I personally remained without power for approximately 13 days.

Eff Happen Bank
Refused to help me even though I've been a loyal customer making all of my payments on time for at least 10yrs. They are lying on their site where they have “financial hardship? Call us to help”. Additionally my reoccurring savings transfer that I successfully cancelled and isn't even showing as active and yet the funds were still withdrawn. They also have no way of contacting them except by phone like its 1995. Srsly Lending Club & Happen Bank can eff the eff off.
