Eff Happen Bank
Refused to help me even though I've been a loyal customer making all of my payments on time for at least 10yrs. They are lying on their site where they have “financial hardship? Call us to help”. Additionally my reoccurring savings transfer that I successfully cancelled and isn't even showing as active and yet the funds were still withdrawn. They also have no way of contacting them except by phone like its 1995. Srsly Lending Club & Happen Bank can eff the eff off.

Double Check
Loan/Top Up process has been a breeze and the money takes a day or two, BUT now I see Happen has reported my new Top Up loan TWICE showing my overall debt significantly higher. Customer service is limited on weekends, maybe work on that.
