They send you ads in your notifications.
I’m so tired of everything being an ad. I’m so tired of companies developing strategies to extract money from me instead of trying to win my business by developing products that are better than the competition.
My udders are dry.
Could I turn add notifications off in my settings? Maybe. But the fact that I am constantly needing to pry the creeping corporate hands off of me is driving me crazy.
Also, the name ‘Happen Bank’ is cringe af.
I’m paying off a personal loan this month, and ima go see what’s happening elsewhere.

Annoying Pushy Ads!
Upon every time you login, there is an offer being shoved in your face to sign up for a checking account or other finance product. It doesn’t go away even after you click dismiss. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP AND GET RID OF IT!
Happen Bank makes things HAPPEN!
Needed quick funding to buy my daughter a good used car. She’s expecting our first grandchild any day now. User friendly
Happen bank app is user friendly and very convenient
Could be better
I don’t like that I cannot make a payment to my account that is higher than my expected monthly payment and have it count as both my monthly payment plus some additional money paid. The app forces me to make my monthly payment and then in add whatever additional money I want to pay in a separate transaction.

Was there when I needed it, made all monthly payments and it offered pay off amounts so I can get ahead. Loved it , I recommend it. Thanks Happy Bank

Great bank with high interest rate. No fee wired transfer.
Digital Lending At It’s Best
More people need to be aware of Happen Bank’s digital lending offerings. I’m astounded at the streamline process and lightening speed funding. A company worth trusting and investing in. Happen Bank has a great future.

This app is so easy to use that even a middle aged woman like myself can navigate ! I wish all apps were this user friendly !!

Extremely buggy app
Every time I open the app, I have exactly 15 seconds to do what I have to do before it crashes, it’s a terrible experience and wish it was more optimized. If the crashing issues get resolved I will update my my review
Edit : since switching to happen bank, they have improved tremendously, still wish there was a way to remove the loan pop up everytime I open the app, it’s extremely annoying

I made an request to close my account on July 8th so I can get all of my cd money and there talking about it’s still under review it’s gonna be the 18th soon I don’t recommend this bank or lending club to anybody because they play with your money
App doesn't work for business accounts
Need to switch banks, got lied to and said I could mobile deposit but you can't if you have a business account. So no brick and mortar stores, no ATMs, and no mobile banking. How the heck do I deposit a check? Called customer service and got transferred to a voice mail that of course I never got a call back. What a useless bank

Too much trash
Most of the app is trying to sell you something. This back used to be great. With each name change the service has gotten worse. I would check out Ally for a better experience.
