Terrible App for Premium Gym
Terrible UI, non intuitive navigation, glitchy. I see the same reviews from up to six years ago so clearly LSF isn’t interested in the investment for an upgrade.
Worst app and app developer
This is the worst app on App Store. Unfortunately, I am forced to use it everyday to enter into LSF clubs. It keeps on loading, multiple errors. Please fix it!!
DO NOT PUT ACTUAL PASSWORD
after making an account, the app will EMAIL you in plain text the password. massive security vulnerability, they store passwords in plaintext.
other than that, the app takes a while to load things but it’s not as bad as people say.

Needs work
About once a month I lose all functionality in the app and have to delete and re-download. On top of that it’s very slow and glitchy. Needs work.
Horrible app
Yeah considering you're paying for a premium membership at a health club this is one of the worst apps on my phone! It's constantly searching and never connecting when you try to book reservations
Awful experience
App rarely loads as it should, making it impossible for me to schedule classes or reserve equipment.

You’d think that by paying over $100/month, some of it would go toward improving the app. You’d be wrong though.

Like how I have most update to date classes rather than checking the website. I also love to climb so it’s super easy to reserve the wall that way!
Terrible
They advertise this as the “new!” App around their gym but it is literally the worst app. It won’t let me sign in and it constantly crashes or says there are no classes scheduled. LSF is all about show and no follow through.
