The first time I used the app it was great ever since I get stuck on a loading screen. I have deleted the app, tried it on different days with no success.
Wallet ID, provider search, deductible and claim info all in app
Maybe the app was in flux when other people wrote their reviews, but I have had no issues. I was even able to add the ID to my Apple wallet for ease and order a physical one from the app itself.
Worst app ever.
The website is HORRIBLE, the app is HORRIBLE, all I want to do is check my coverage and see where I can get care and NOTHING works. I’m constantly stuck on loading screen or tells me my browser is out of date or “internal error” screens, this is by far the WORST app I’ve ever had to try to deal with.

Extremely useless
This app is basically a port of the website but much worse. Instead of downloading the app just use your phone browser and that way at least you will not have to deal with the bugs_ or so one hopes.

Don’t bother. The old app allowed me to save my ID card to my digital wallet. No more! I cannot even download it from the app. It is literally just the website thrown into an app. Except it doesn’t work. It started to load and told me the browser is outdated and to update it. Funny, since it’s its own browser.

Horrible Interface
I have never written a review for an app in my life.
The user interface of this app is atrocious. I would rather have a higher payment for my insurance than deal with this insulting app interface.

This app is abysmal
I build mobile apps, both Android and iOS, for a living and I can whole heartedly say this app is the worst app I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. They forced us to switch to this app from the old one and literally nothing was fixed or updated. Things actually got worse. I mean come on dev team, a high schooler could do better with ChatGPT. It’s pathetic.
Something needs to change over there. There are issues that are SO easy to fix (speaking for experience). It’s not just technical debt, it’s a dev team that’s just straight up lazy and unwilling to make a product that works well for its users.

Worse version of their website
This is nothing more then the website with more restrictions. I get stuck on random pages like the Optum Website.
There is also limited information. I can’t even find actual information about my plan.

App WAS good. Now it’s NOT!
A few months back something happened with their app I was having no problems paying my medical insurance, and then all of a sudden 3 -4 months ago, it started to glitch out and I can’t get it to work even after I spent 30 mins on the phone with them.
Not able to pay on the app
The app won’t let you pay even after you enter all your info. Where’s the confirm button to let you send your payment?
