Can’t register, invalid code
The app still needs work… can’t even register with the code they sent…deleted the app… hopefully website is better.
Poorly made and actively harmful
When I try to open a PDF, the screen flashes black and white very quickly. On top of the poor help for finding a therapist, this app tries to give you a seizure too

App won’t even open. “invalid client id” error. Looks like it’s just a wrapper based app anyway; may as well just use the website
User friendly
Makes using a clinical app more approachable than ever. It loads quickly and is a big improvement.
Broken
This app is broken. Don’t they test before they release? The registration requires you to enter your date of birth. However the app does not allow you to enter a date. I deleted the app.

unusable
you cannot make it past the sign up screen. there are no visible wheels to set your birthday date. also the words are so light colored without border they are almost not visible themselves. please fix, we pay a lot for health ins and this is part of those fees.
Updated App is Great!!
The updated App allows for more features vs being just a window to the website. I like the look and feel and appreciate being able to submit a second opinion right through the App.
It works
It looks and feels more like the website rather than an app, which kind of defeats the purpose of having an app. That’s the only downside but other than that, it’s great.
