“Temporarily unavailable”
After adding a secondary authentication, I constantly get logged out of the app. When I try to log back in, I get the message “your account is temporarily unavailable”. However, when I go directly to the website, I get in with no issues at all. Not impressed with the app.

“Remember Me”
Why have the option to remember a device if you still have to log in every single time? Other than that, it works fine.
More info needed about accounts
Where on the app can you find information about the various accounts you can invest in and the information about that account. Tapping on the account name gives you no information

In general I like the MyMERS site.
It’s okay.
The app will not remember my password and every time I log in it’s a hassle. However, I understand that in today’s world it’s probably better. The app does show a good amount of information. So overall it’s pretty good.
